Something not working, or something you wish the tape could say? Write and you'll get a reply — there's one person here, and he reads everything.
It helps to know which iPhone you're on, which version of iOS, and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot is worth more than a description.
Everything you write stays on your device. There's no account to recover and no password to reset — but it also means deleting the app deletes your rolls and any photos of your cans.
The first three strips of tape are free. After that, the rack is spent and pulling tape offers the one-time unlock. If you've already bought it — on this phone or another one signed in to the same Apple Account — tap bought it already? restore on that card, or open the gear and tap restore at the bottom. Nothing you've written is ever locked.
Box Speed keeps track of what's in which camera and at what speed, and follows the roll to the shelf, the lab and the dailies. It isn't a frame-by-frame logbook, and it doesn't know about cameras or film stocks you haven't added yourself. That's on purpose.
